Hi Doug,

My TelPac node is operational on 145.09 as  W1NPR-2

You mat be able to connect direct or through my BPQ EN79 node on 446.050 
and then C 1 W1NPR-2

Try it and let me know if there is a problem, we should be able to work it out.
