[FADCA] Notice, TelPac KF4SIR-2 off the air

Hi all, just a quick note to let you know that TelPac station KF4SIR-2 will 
be off the air until further notice due to Internet access issues over the 
phone line.

Hope to be able to go back on the air sometime in the future but it may be 
a while.
