[FADCA] Henry and Glades County WL2K Last Mile Test

Frank, WA4PAM (Clewiston) just provided an on-the-air example of Ham Radio
bridging the Last Mile to get messages to Internet addresses.  The message
went to a dozen Emergency Management, Health Department, and other people in
Henry and Glades County, all of who will have the message in their e-mal
inboxes the next time they check their e-mail.

The 40M HF PacTOR link between Clewiston (inside the Last Mile) to Deltona
(outside the last mile) was a pleasure in the middle of this cool winter
day.  No QRM and great S9+ signals with less than 70w on each end.  Frank
used the Airmail program to reach the N0IA PMBO.

The next time he has the opportunity, he will likely use the Florida Layered
Packet network to get to a Telpac switch.
