YES!

Once we have every ZIPFIVE in the state assigned to a BBS and the NTS  has
NTS operators on packet assigned to every BBS - this is definitely the way
to go... K4GBB and WX4J should come up with a matrix of some sort that might
look like this:

ZIPCODE      BBS         NTSGUY(S
LIST           LIST             LIST,LIST
