A LONG TIME AGO I OBTAINED A COPY OF ARESPACK WHICH MUST HAVE BEEN
INCOMPLETE AS IT SEEMED TO NEED TO BE ATTACHED TO ANOTHER PROGRAM FOR
ADDRESSING, ETC. I WILL DOWNLOAD FROM THE SOURCES YOU LISTED. YOUR
OFFER TO HELP IS CERTAINLY APPRECIATED AND WILL BE USED.
I LIKED WHAT I SAW OF ARESPACK. IT MAY BE THE ANSWER FOR LEE OPERATIONS
IN SHELTERS.
I HOPE TO USE THE HUB SYSTEM WITH THE TERMINAL IN THE EOC THE SAME AS THE
ONES IN THE FIELD. THIS WILL MAKE TRAINING EASIER AND ELIMINATE THE
POSSIBILITY OF SOMEONE CAUSING THE ENTIRE SYSTEM TO FAIL. THIS WILL
LEAVE THE BBS/NODE IN PLACE TO BE UTILIZED IN THEIR TRADITIONAL WAYS.
MESSAGES AND FORMS CAN BE DIRECTED TO EITHER EOC OR RED CROSS AS THEY RUN
THE SHELTERS.
HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT TIME IN ORLANDO. I WILL MISS IT THIS YEAR. WELL,
MAYBE NEXT YEAR!
CAN A TELNET SETUP BE PARTTIME? WHERE THE PHONE LINE HAS A PRIMARY USER
AND THE PACKET NODE/BBS IS SECONDARY? I MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET THAT
APPROVED. AT LEAST, I HOPE SO.
