John's  response:
Doug and I use 446.950 (pl 103.5) to talk on a lot. Since a lot of folks do
not have 440 we can try 145.70 unless it is in use in the Orl area.  If it
is noisy I will have pl decode on (103.5)


bud: 145.70 w/o PL  it is as primary!  446.95 /PL=103.5 is secondary.
