[FADCA] Telnet @ K4GBB

I re-opened The TELNET port this weekend and while testing I discovered a weird problem.
I run Smoothwalls on a Linux box, so I punched a hole in it to fwd requests for Telnet Service to My BBS box.

Smoothie does the fwding, but the box don't respond. The BBS box does respond to any box on the "green" side of the firewall. 

The question is: are there any issues with WINSOCK.DLL on WIN95?
