No, for that you are going to need the eprom. KISS has no knowledge of how to
hancle the internals in that sence. Indeed the only thing you can do is send a
continuous stream of data at a kiss device in order to keep it on the
air, but there
is no way that it can put the TNC on the air sending a steady "high"
or "low" state,
which I suspect is what you are trying to do. If you are just trying
to set deviation
and check eye patterns then it can probably do the job.
