Virgil, it is hard to find. Try: http://winlink.org/Client.htm#Te-Pac
If you not get to it from this URL, go the the Winlink. org site, click on
the Emergency Communications in the second paragraph of their Home Page, and
when you get to the Emergency Communications page look down until you see
"DOWNLOAD Airmail, Telpac and Paclink software and click on that listing.
On that page go all the way down until you see
NEW: Paclink AGW and Paclink Post Office are now two separate install
programs. If you are currently using Paclink AGW with Paclink Post Office,
please UNINSTALL them before updating to the current version. You will not
lose your current configuration.
- Paclink AGW Install. Version 0.2.17 UPDATED December 2, 2004.
- Paclink Post Office Install. Version 1.0.6 UPDATED November 29, 2004.
- NOTE: Paclink requires the new Microsoft .NET framework. It may be
downloaded here. Paclink must be loaded on Windows 2000 professional or
the XP series in order to work properly with Microsoft's .Net Framework 1.1.
That will get you there.
