[FADCA] NO-IP... No go

I don't know how the no.ip can be pointing to the fbb machine I don't even 
have it on and never have had no.ip set up for FBB- only for PMBO.

That said, I've never touched a thing with the no.ip stuff since setting it 
up in December 2002.

The IP address of this PMBO machine has not chance since I set all this up 
back then, and the IP address of the fbb machine when it is on is fixed as 
well.

No.ip sez it is using 68.202.138.90 for updates and that is the current WAN 
address here on the router.

I installed Service Pack 2 yesterday - could that have messed things up?

What next?
