[FADCA] AGWPE setup

Charlie, Bud and I had difficulty getting my Paccom Tiny2 to work with AGW,
but, the problem was at least a 9k6 bit speed between the TNC and computer
was required to get it to go into KISS mode.

If you TNC to Computer speed is not 9k6. Try it. It might just do the trick.
