[FADCA] 4 port serial cards

Hi All
I need you to put on your thinking caps!!!

  Several years ago when I made the group order for the 4 port ISA serial 
cards, does anyone remember who I ordered them from? They were cheap and 
now since I took the lightning hit I'm in need of finding a cheap PCI 4 
port card. The only ones that I've come across so far are very expensive. 
They are also just plug and play.

Does anyone know of a 4 port PCI card that the irq and interrupt can be set 
hard with jumpers so it can't change settings?

I'm also looking for a USB to serial adaptors. So far I've come across the 
BAFO USB to DB9 Serial RS232 Adapter - BF-810  It looks like it will do the 
job. Does anyone know anything about these???
