[FADCA] Power Output in Brownsville

I just checked the power output of the Motorola MOXY located at the
Brownsville FPAC site. It is a solid 11 watts with a 1:1 SWR.

The audio signal from KK4LI sounds clean and crisp. It appears that KK4LI
might be slightly deaf or stops responding. I watched as a forwarding cycle
was passing thru the local switch and KK4LI simply does not respond at
times.

I'm not sure when I can make a service trip over to the site to investigate.
Wyatt (remember K4VJI?) made a "Y" harness which splits the signal between
two beam antennas. One is pointed East and the other West. I never did like
that configuration and I wonder if we would be better off by installing a
omni. Better yet, a second tnc and radio and split the frequencies at the
site.
