[FADCA] Updates for Telpac Nodes

Hi Rick,

I registered my TelPac node today, I didn't include the path through the 
Sarasota node as it does not appear to be functional on 145.09 at the moment.

Also the Details and Edit feature at the web site create a runtime error 
for me.
