Sorry to be so late getting back with you. Rick KN6KB (Melbourne) and =
Charlie N3PPC were here all day yesterday while we were ironing out some =
details/bugs on the Paclink program. We got it loaded and working on =
the WinME and WinXP laptops we'll be bringing to the hamfest and Rick =
went home with a short list of things to check in the code. We are very =
excited about the possibility of using Paclink for the packet digital =
messaging demos Saturday. If we can do that, all that will be seen on =
the screen is Outlook Express - slick!

Rick left us 15-20 Paclink Install CD ROMs that can be passed out at the =
hamfest. I suggest we pass them out sparingly - I'd prefer we pass them =
out to folks who might be actually trying the install on an existing =
packet station when they get home rather than just take them as an item =
of interest. The complete install (updated as needed) is available on =
the internet for those with more than a casual interest.

I checked out the interactive map this morning and it is really getting =
exciting! Sure is good to see so much being filled in with active =
switches that can actually talk with each other. In a separate e-mail =
I'm sending the MS Excel file for the interactive map with some updates =
I found in yesterday's e-mails. I believe you have most of those =
already installed. I've left RED fonts in a couple of places that are =
not yet installed. Also, found the LAN address for the Sarasota switch =
that I have in another document - hope it is the right one (941371).

Let me know when you have the rest of the updates in and I'll run =
through it again.

EVERYONE- Please continue checking the interactive map for detailed =
information on your switches and let me know any changes that need to be =
included. We'd like to have the map as current as possible before the =
Tampa Hamfest.
