[FADCA] Jacksonville to Tallahassee - Update

I spoke with Joe Bushel, DEC, Live Oak, last Friday and he
reports Suwannee County is preparing to present their
proposal for the 450' tower we have used for planning and
evaluating for a path to Tallahassee, to the County
Commission. If they agree to fund the County portion of the
tower work, the will go to the state for the funding they
need to complete the tower.

There are three possible sites, all of which would meet our
needs should any one of them be constructed.

I did not get a chance to talk to Doug while I was in
Tallahassee last week so I can not report on the Tallahassee
end of the path.
