Yes, we have got to build the radio network. However, will be be ready June 1. 2002, I dowbt it.
In the meantime, what can we put in place, where can we provide it, and what can we do. That we can commit to.
Can we do better with the amount we can handle with the radio and wire integration? I am sure we can. Can we cover everywhere right now, maybe if we put in some HF and well as vhf/uhf portable and/or 2 way satellite (Starband).
That was the reason for my questions about what, where and who.
