Hello:
Does the message below mean that I can not get to N0IA or N4GMU? Is the
problem with Russ's switch? or where? I am not sure I understand what is
down. I know Russ's antenna is lower than usual, is there another problem
also? I am getting 0900 when trying N0IA or N4GMU but not N4ZKF.

LAYERED PACKET NETWORK - CENTRAL FLORIDA - UPDATE-STATUS
Links northward through St. Augustine are working 24/7, but links to JAX
have been unavailable part of the daylight time in late June. While UHF
antennas are being raised to improve reliability, the vhf routing has been
off during the testing. Return to 24/7 use is anticipated early in July. The
computer originally used for the recently upgraded Melbourne switch needed
to be replaced. As of the end of June that was still in process and the
switch was down.
