Hi Chuck,
It also drove me nuts at first, the GPS stream puts me right on the money
using my Alinco but if I enter the same data in Winaprs using the KAM it is
way off.
There is no option I can see to change it.
I tried entering it differently but it wont accept it.
Example:
My Lat Lon is 26' 55.73 N / 82'21.44 W
Funny thing is if I enter 26 55' 44 N & 82 21' 44 W in the Winaprs boxes
it shows 2655.73N 08221.73W a bit to the left.

It took some experimenting to get the right figures but I now know what to
use here at my QTH.
