Check and see what format that WinAPRS wants that data in
you may have entered it in one format and it tried to interpret
it as another, I have done that so many times it is no longer
a joke. The final result is I am out in the bay, gulf, or inland
somewhere, no where near where I am supposed to be. The usual one
is inputing DDMM.mmm format into a register which is looking for
DD.dddd format, or trying to enter DD:MM:SS.ss format into one
of the others, most of these programs do not do any format checking
they just try to interpret it as best they can and put you where
they think you said you were.
Also many of them will not accept the DDMM.mmm format as DD'MM.mmm
you have to put the degrees and minutes in run together.
