The Meeting was held on Zoom. Called to order by President Vic K2NBC.**

Secretary will submit the December minutes along with the January minutes.

Bill motioned; Kevin seconded.

*Treasurer Report*

Everything is going fine. Dues in, sent updated list of dues 
status.Received and deposited.Contact Dan if there are issues. Mark’s 
has not come in yet, otherwise all is well.

Motion made by Pete and accepted by Larry.

*Correspondence* – Dan, renewal for web site was an automatic payment.

*Committee Reports*

*Len* – Repeater – All repeater systems nominal.ASL2 released in beta 
form, may have an ASL3 now.
*Pete*- Playing with the new Allstar link software. It is a bear, so no 
reason to change the software. 220 repeater is linked to Rhode Island 
digital club.Wyn systems on later tonight.All is working well.

Old Business*

*Nominating Committee* – Chris Fine chair. Officers staying – Vic, Bill, 
Dan Chris staying.

Larry* – *Groups.io Discussion* about the benefits.We are interested in 
pursuing it. No one objects.Chris D. will proceed creating an account.

*Donation in memory of Don & Drew – *Donation**amount**$50 for each. 
Drew to ARRL. Don to Cancer or Diabetes.

Larry - SPARC will be doing field day not sure of which park.Trying to 
get county permission for Spring Lake Park.May have multiple smaller 
tents instead of one big tent.
