*Minutes for the Meeting on January 29th, 2021 (via Zoom)*

Secretary will submit the December minutes along with the January minutes.

*Treasurer Report*

Everything is OK. Starting to receive dues. $30 for this year.We are up 
to date on all bills. Upcoming bill will be insurance in a few months.

Motion made by Dan and accepted by Phil.

*Committee Reports*

Len – Repeater is working.RVRC is donating their old 2-meter repeater 
antenna.Maybe be a stacked folded dipole.It will be a backup for us.We 
actually have a spare 2-meter station master antenna in the Trinitas 
Hospital elevator room, but it was blocked in when they did an 
infrastructure upgrade and is inaccessible.

*New Business*

Planning to form a nominating committee next month.

We need an Extra class Trustee. Drew was club callsign Trustee, 
Directors: Don K2DSV, WB2HKK, W2WBK.

Trustee renews license and is point of contact with FCC. We need to use 
ARRL form VEC 605C with two signatures.

We will send an email looking for a Director and a Trustee. (Not needed, 
see below)

Now Len will become Trustee.So now we just need a Director how must be a 
club member an amateur radio operator of any license class.

Phil WD2NJC will be nominated for Director for the upcoming election.

Research using Groups.io for club mailing list replacement. Files area.

Larry W2LJ will be taking over as our VE liaison from Drew.

Executive Committee will have a Zoom meeting before the next meeting.

*Health and welfare*

Tough start to 2021, we lost Don and Drew.

Chris, KC2PI – Thanked Bill for running a nice memorial for Drew.

Bill, W2AOG – Has a recording of the memorial. Contact him for a link.

W1UL, Urb LeJune, was a founding member of NJDX, who visited us at a 
meeting.Has become a silent key.

KC2WDZ, Gene – Offered a remembrance of Drew.He will be moving to Los 
Vegas.Will send us a spare URI box.

WB2HKK, Len – has been working on his n-scale model railroad. Learning 
about sculpting and painting.

Bill – Proposed that the club re-imburse Chris for Zoom.Chris reiterated 
that it was a donation to the club.
