Saturday ETSNJ VEs in cooperation with VEs from other clubs held a drive-up
exam session in Clark NJ, There were 20 candidates and 15 VEs scheduled. At
the end of the morning all candidates had either earned a new license or an
upgrade.

Participants,

 

Yesterday's drive up exam session went very well and we couldn't have asked
for a better day. Every one testing for the technician license passed that
element with flying colors. The statistics showed:

I finished scanning and uploading 80 documents to the ARRL/VEC today. You
should be receiving an email concerning your license grants by the end of
the week. Drop me a note when you receive your new call . Many of you have
sent emails expressing you appreciation of how smoothly the event went.
Thank you. Speaking for the volunteer examiners "We appreciate that all of
you took the time to study the materials and we hope to hear you on the air
soon." Try to locate a local Amateur Radio Club to broaden your interest in
or hobby. Hams love to talk. Many of the VEs are from different surrounding
clubs and they too enjoyed the event.
