The National Weather Service is holding ''SKYWARN SPOTTER CLASSES''. 

The ONE for our area will be held on May 23rd from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the SOMERSET FIRE ACADEMY

These classes are not often held in our area and I strongly suggest that we take full advantage of this opportunity to be better ''equipped'' for participating in SKYWARN activations during significant weather events.

The Somerset Fire academy is located at the Somerset County Public works facility at 402 Roycefield Road, Hillsborough.  (Same place RVRC holds meetings and VE exams.)
