ETSNJ Members,

Our newest member, Wayne Genz, KD2JPQ, passed his General class exam 
this morning at the TCRA VE session in Roselle. This is excellent and at 
the rate he's going he'll be an Amateur Extra Class in 30 days.

Good morning all, my name is Wayne. I am new to the list and to ham 
radio.
I'm looking to buy gear. I am blind so my rig needs to have speech 
already
installed or be able to be modified with a chip. As far as I know the 
meters
are not speech capable as of yet. Lights that indicate what the screen 
says
might work though. I hope to talk to you  all soon. Your suggesstions 
are
always welcomed.
