[ETS/PARC List] good morning

Good morning all, my name is Wayne. I am new to the list and to ham radio.
I'm looking to buy gear. I am blind so my rig needs to have speech already
installed or be able to be modified with a chip. As far as I know the meters
are not speech capable as of yet. Lights that indicate what the screen says
might work though. I hope to talk to you  all soon. Your suggesstions are
always welcomed.
