Hello
Everyone,
This is a reminder that there will be a garage
and
radio shack sale at the home of W2ZKE this
coming
Saturday, 3/29/14 from 900AM to 4PM.
There are thousands of individual items but the
family
is more interested in getting rid of everything
so
the house can be sold - - it has already been
listed
and it is now on the real estate market.
Our ground rules are that you offer a fair flee
market
price for things you want, and all sales
will
be final. We can't guarantee any of the equipment
will
operate. Some things such as old books, QST's,
etc
are available for the taking. There are many
antennas,
pieces of aluminum, and coils of wire
which
will be sold at scrap value.
Attached is a listing of items which are
available
currently.
There is currently an officer on the table
of
$175 for the 4.4kw gasoline generator, but most
other
items
do not have formal offers as of yet. If you are
interested
in any major item please let me know
with
what you think is a fair price and we can
arrange
for pickup date if you are unable
to
attend on Saturday.
The address of Bill's QTH is 1150 Staffler Road,
Bridgewater,
NJ 08807. The house is located at
the
corner of Crim Road and Mountaintop
Road.
Feel free to call me at 908 963-5349 if
you
need further driving instructions or have
any
other questions.
I dropped off a number of boxes and paper bags
at
the house today that can be used to collect
small
items being purchased. I would suggest,
however
that you bring
your own bags or boxes
to
pick things up since we
expect to use some
of
my boxes for recycling purposes.
If you know of any other folks (non club
members) who
might be
interested looking over
what
is available, you
are welcome to let them
know
or they can call
me for information.
All purchases will be made with either cash
or
a check made out to Bill Wadsworth.
73,
Doug, W2EN
