[ETS/PARC List] Repeaters down

For those of you who have email - all three repeaters are off the air. It
appears there was a power issue.

Rich KB2LLM and I are monitoring the situation and will advise accordingly.
Please understand that as much as we want the repeaters back on the air -
there are much more important issues that need to be addressed. We will
contact Somerset County when it is appropriate.

In the meantime - "please stand by".
