[ETS/PARC List] Picnic / May Meeting

If you haven't done so already, please go to our website at www.k2ets.com
and register for the picnic. Checks can be sent to Victor KC2NBC.

It was discussed at the April meeting that we will dedicate at least 45
minutes to reviewing and suggesting changes to the current by-laws to bring
them more in line and up to date with the club as it exists today. The hope
is that after 3 meetings we will be in a position to conduct a vote on the
changes that have been discussed.

All members are urged to take some time and review the bylaws - (also on the
website) and attend these meetings if they have an opinion on the bylaws and
would like to be part of the process. If you cannot attend you are free to
send your suggestions to me or the club secretary - Gene KC2WDZ - though it
is strongly suggested that you be present to have the opportunity to discuss
your viewpoint or opinion.

Once we get through this process there will be an up or down vote.
