[ETS/PARC List] February Meeting Minutes - Late

At the recent March ETS meeting it was brought to my attention that I
didn't send out the minutes for the February 17th 2012 meeting.
My apologies for that. Please find the minutes below. A copy can also be
found on the members only area of the k2ets.com website.

ETS of NJ Meeting minutes for 02-17-12

The meeting was called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by Pres Joe
W2OZO
at  8:13 PM. We started with the Pledge of Allegiance and roll call.

Minutes of the last meeting were not read as Secretary Gene KC2WDZ was
unable to attend.
to We held the minutes over to the next meeting.
Former Secretary Jeff N2VHV took the minutes for this meeting.
Treasurer’s Report - Victor, KC2NBC stated that the current balance was
$XXXX.08.
Accepted by Jeff N2VHV,  seconded by Rich KB2LLM.
Correspondence – None
Technical Report – Rich KB2LLM reported that all is well and that they are
“playing with” the Santiago board
Old Business: Dennis W2IU reported that the bylaws are still being worked
on.
Dave W2OIL reported that all is going well regarding the picnic and that we
have the permit fot June 10.
New Business: None
Victor KC2NBC will be looking at Meeting Programming.
We then had a program about Bi-Planes presented Kurt Hofsneider. The
presentation was excellent and well regarded by all.
Health and Welfare –No report – all is well.
50/50 – Was won by Victor KC2NBC  who donated his  $21.00 back to the club.
A  motion to adjourn was made by Rich KB2LLM  and  seconded by Don K2DSV.
The meeting closed at 9:52 PM.
There are 13 names on the sign-in sheet. 13 are club members.
