[ETS/PARC List] 220 Repeater

[KC2WDZ]

FYI- I've had conflicting reports. Some have not been able to bring up the
ETS 220 machine but most have.
Today I was in Brooklyn and Staten Isl. I had no problem bringing up and
using the 220 machine on a 5 watt Alinco HT with a mag mount antenna.
Keep in mind the PL (110.9) is on.
