a PDF version of the ETSNJ Bylaws and Constitution. Easy reading at only 6

At the December 9th meeting a committee was formed to take on the task of
presenting to the club various ways in which the bylaws could/should be
updated.
Please review the document and let me know your thoughts on what should be
updated, changed, removed and/or added to.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Myself KC2WDZ, Drew W2OU and Dennis W2IU will review the feedback and bring
up any possible changes to the membership at an upcoming meeting.

PS. No feedback of lowering membership dues will be accepted.  Matter of
fact, it was already voted on to raise the membership dues to $30 for 2012.
