Usual announcement on the  repeater.
Paying your dues for 2010 would be greatly  appreciated.
Remaining meetings for 2010 – 5/28, 6/25, 7/30, 8/27, 9/24,  10/29, and 
12/3     

Minutes of the April  meeting:
The  meeting was called to Order at the Clark Municipal  Building by Tim 
AB2ZK 
at 8:10 PM, starting with the Pledge of Allegiance and  roll call.
Minutes of last meeting – Were not read by Jeff N2VHV, Walter  W2WIQ moved 
to accept, 
seconded by Don K2DSV .
Treasurer’s report by Victor KC2NBC – New  Balance $x,xxx.xx.
Motion to accept by Larry W2LJ, seconded by Joe  W2OZO..
Dave’s family arrived with a gift of pizza for the club to  acknowledge the 
way that Dave and the family felt about the  club.
Correspodence:  None..
Technical Report – Rich KB2LLM reported  on the new main repeater site. All 
is well 
The time-out is set for 5  minutes. The 220 repeater has the new mods  .
Rich gave in the bills for  the 220 upgrade and we have the backup repeater 
on the main site..
Old  Business:.- Secretary Jeff N2VHV cast the  ballot needed to install 
the new  officers.

New Business – Jeff N2VHV presented the bill for the flowers for  Dave’s 
funeral
Larry W2LJ moved to repay Jeff and was seconded by Harwin  K2CPA – passed.
We now have the membership application form on the club’s  website.
Rich KB2LLM moved to set up a committee to set up presentations to  be made 
at the meetings.seconded by Tim AB2ZK and approved.
They also moved  to start advertising club meetings in the local papers - 
also approved.
Frank  KG2CJ moved to raise the club dues to $30.00 a year effective for 
2011, seconded  by  Jeff N2VHV.This was amended after some discussion by 
Walter W2WIQ,  seconded by George W2VFW to be $25.00 on 2011 and $30.00 in 2012 – 
 approved.
Health and Welfare . Don K2DSV reported on Dave W2OIL becoming a  Silent 
Key and that the family wants Dave’s call – Dave’s sons Dave and Danny  are 
both working towards it. The club is buying the ARRL Study Guide for the  
family.
Walter W2WIQ moved to donate $50.00 to the ARRL in Dave’s name,  seconded 
by 
Tim AB2ZK – passed.
.The 50/50 of $71 00 was won by Rich W2PQ  who donated it to the club.
Motion to adjourn was made by Larry W2LJ,  seconded by Dennis  W2IU.
Meeting closed at 9:50 PM.
There are 22  names on the sign-in sheet with 21 members.
