[ETS/PARC List] Implementing the Asterisk Controller Sys.

Hi Everyone,
    After last nights ETS meeting  and discussion I'm sure many of you, as 
I am, are very excited  about implementing the Asterisk rpt controller to 
our clubs repeaters. A few of  you expressed interest in being part the 
committee to implement this  upgrade. As stated last night, Rich-KB2LLM will be 
spearheading the project.  Those of you interested please email me your Name, 
Callsign and direct email  address. 
    As simple as the Asterisk system can be to  interface and operate, 
there can be some intricate tasks and procedures needed  to be done to complete 
the project. I feel it would be beneficial for all those  involved in the 
project to be in contact with each other so everyone knows what  tasks are 
being done or not done. This would be helpful in seeing that the  Asterisk 
system is interfaced smoothly and seamlessly with minimal disruption to  the 
current repeater operation.
