[ETS/PARC List] ETS Picnic Amnesty Program

TO ALL ETS MEMBERS:

Hopefully I got your attention. First a big thank you to all who have responded back to my many emails regarding our picnic. Our food vendor needed, by this past Saturday, a total head count. So for those members that have been AWL and did not respond back if you would be attending or not - the ETS Picnic Committee has instituted a Amnesty program. This program is good only through tonight as our food vendor has agreed to let us add to a few more last minute attendees by tomorrow morning. So for those who have not previously responded, please email me back with the number attending (Amnesty Program limits 100 attendees per member) or just to say you cannot attend this year.
