In concert with the activity on 6 meters from Montenegro (and other DX
locations), between June 3 and 11 the /_Arietids_ /meteor shower will
occur. The peak will be about June 7 around 1100 UTC (7 a.m. EDST). It
is expected to have about 60 meteors per hour during the peak days.
Then on June 9 we will have the /_Zeta Perseids_ /with around 40 meteors
per hour.

In addition, VHF conditions will be enhanced during June with double
hops possible within the northern hemisphere. June's Es openings to
Europe will generally be workable from the East Coast (that's us!).

During daylight hours be monitoring 6 meters; best in early evening
hours. Expect any 'trans-equatorial' propagation to happen in the
evening hours between 8 and 11 p.m. (South America)

Sporatic E is upon us.................don't miss out on 6 meter DX.

P.S. DX window on 6 meters......50.100 ~ 50.125 MHz
