Minutes  from April 24 meeting:
Called to Order at the Clark Municipal Building by  President Dave W2OIL at 
8:11 PM.
Starting with the Pledge of Allegiance and  roll call.
Minutes of last meeting were not read. John N2LGS moved to  accept,  
seconded by Dennis W2IU..
Treasurer’s report by Treasurer  Victor KC2NBC -the balance at hand is 
$xx.xx. 
Accepted by Jeff N2VHV,  seconded by John N2LGS. 
Correspodence:  no action needed.
Technical  Report – Richard KB2LLM told us he was adjusting the duplexors 
on the main  unit.
Old Business:.- The vote for new officers is being delayed 2  months.
Moved by Jeff N2VHV, seconded by Rich KB2LLM – done because of  problems 
with the new slate of officers. The vote was unanimous.
New Business  – No action.
Health and Welfare – John Manna is at home improving.
The  50/50 of $14.50 was won by George W2VFW .
Motion to adjourn was made by  George W2VFW, seconded by Jerry KD2KC .
Meeting closed at 8:38  PM.
