Tri County Radio Association (W2LI/R) will host Tom Ray (W2TRR), VP 
Engineering WOR Radio/Buckley Broadcasting at it's Monday October 15th 
meeting at 8:00 p.m. Tom is one of the broadcasting industry's most 
highly respected engineers and is considered the leading promoter of the 
IBOC (In Band On Channel) digital radio technology which can now be 
heard on WOR-710 radio in addition to many other am and fm broadcast 
stations.
Tom's presentation will be a photographic tour of the WWV time and 
standards radio station of the National Bureau of Standards in Fort 
Collins, Colorado. This will be a very enlightening and entertaining 
evening. All hams are invited to attend. The TCRA meets in B.P.O. Elks 
Lodge on Chestnut Street, Union, New Jersey. For information see
