[ETSList] Backup Repeater PL frequency

Had coffee with Walt W2WIQ, Al W2DTP, W2KOG and Drew W2OU this morning 
at the IHOP
and Walt will enable the PL due to it keying up with the external 
amplifier in line. 
The PL is 151.4 to access the repeater.   Have a nice day and 73..
