[ETO_Alpha] Dead Blower on Alpha 87a

Hi to the list,

The Alpha 89 and 87A amplifiers only have AC tap settings for 200,
220, and 240vac, there is no combination for 100 or 120 like the 91B
or 99.

The blower motor in the 89 and 87A is a 230vac motor.
