[ETO_Alpha] Dead Blower on Alpha 87a

Unless the schematic in my manual is wrong, it's wired across the 220V
primary - no center tap. The manual also does not indicate that a 110V
setup is even possible - specs say 190-250V only.
Of course, the 87A could be entirely different. Anybody have the manual?
