[Elecraft] Replacing K3 Encoders

Actually that is easy. Do not remove all four to start with. Leave at least one in place, then gauge the distance from the PCB for the others using that one. Lastly, replace the last one.

I had to replace just one on my original K3, but ended up replacing two at that time. The others are still working just fine 6 years later.
