[Elecraft] Remote control of a KPA500

Has anyone been able to set up a remote control of a KPA500.

I am in the process of setting up my K4D, KPA500 and KAT500 station for
remote control with my K4/0. Although, using a Y-Box, I able to turn the
KPA500 on/off remotely, it always turns on in standby mode. One solution
suggested was a Hamation CR-5. Their support tells me you can not access it
over the internet.

The Elecraft KPA500 remote control software indicates it can be controlled
remotely?

Has anyone been able to accomplish this?
