Good Evening,

    Tuesday through Thursday had heavy snow alternating with heavy 
rain.  A few inches of snow would pile up then disappear within 
minutes.  Each morning began with trees covered in snow which melted 
when hit by the sun.  Hummingbirds did not defrost until noon.

    The sunspot number is rising again as is the flux level.  We are in 
a moderate solar storm caused by a stream of solar wind. One large spot 
could flare soon.  Expect a moderate level of noise with a mix of QSB.
