[Elecraft] K3 utility for Linux does not open on Debian 13

Hi  all.

I recently upgraded my main computer from Debian 12 to 13 and the K3
utility I had installed, version 1.16.6.25, no longer opened.  No
matter, I checked the Web site and see that the latest is 1.19.9.6 so I
downloaded it and installed it and now I get a pop up error that
libSSLSocket64.so cannot be opened.

Debian doesn't show this file existing anywhere in the distribution in
either versions 12 or 13 (12 was released in 2023 and 13 in 2025).  As
this utility version was last compiled in 2019, perhaps it is necessary
to relink it to a later distribution version such as Ubuntu 24.04 or
26.04 in order to pick up current libraries.
