[Elecraft] DDC1 Missing

I believe you are meaning DDC1 missing.

When it boots up do an UPDATE, when in the UPDATES screen Press Details 
and you should see a list of all modules that are loaded. Then do a 
CHECK FOR UPDATES so that if anything is missing it will be loaded.  
EXIT and that should get you in good shape.

Strongly suggest you join the <https://groups.io/g/Elecraft-K4> group as 
that is where you will find the most knowledgeable group to answer any 
question about the K4.

I have a new Elecraft K4d.  It is not booting correctly.  About 5 or 7
times it boots with no waterfall.  blank screen.  An error message flashes
for the briefest time saying  DCC-1 missing..  I turn it off and then it
usually boots up normally.  What gives?
