matching the K3s:

Latest firmware installed.  
All hardware mods recommended by Elecraft have been installed.
Gold pin modification has been done by Elecraft

The VFO A and B knobs were replaced with the N8BX weighted knobs for
much smoother tuning.

One owner, non-smoking environment in very good condition.  Pictures

On a personal note, this transceiver alone, more importantly the two receivers, has allowed me to obtain 9BDXCC with over 300 confirmed countries using two wire antennas hung in trees with no thought of optimum direction.  The highest, an inverted L at about 65 feet at one end.  The OCF doublet was about 50 feet.  I had a great time with it and would like someone else to have a similar experience.
