[Elecraft] K4 Connect iPad App issues

Hi all:

I think I have everything configured correctly, but I cannot get my iPad to
connect to my K4 using the K4Connect app.  Here is the error message:

Network Error: The operation couldn't be completed.
(Network.NWError error 61 -
Connection refused)
