[Elecraft] KXPA Switches Off

John,
When I use my KXPA100 with my KX2, I normally leave the physical switch
on the KXPA100 in the 'off' position, as using the cable from the KX2
overrides it when the PA Mode is set to 'ON' in the KX2 menu.
In the past, when I've had an issue with the PA Mode turning off
spontaneously, I found it due to either the cable not being plugged in
properly, or something hung up in the KX2, which was solved by turning
it off and back again.
