[Elecraft] P3 troubleshooting. Does not power on

Hi Cory,

I opened my P3 this morning to look at the
rear panel I/O board.  The fuse I mentioned
is an SMD flat pack, so likely a resettable
poly fuse rather than a conventional wire
fuse. Not designed for quick replacement
by the operator.

If you hold the front panel POWER switch,
do you see any screen display or is it blank?
